Welcome back to the Riot family, my Sims 2 legacy where the heir is decided through strength, stamina and all sorts of other attributes. It started with founder Guy Riot who (turned old at some point) married Ivy Copur and had five kids: (from left to right) Kande, Ada, Primo, Ata and One.
One Riot is the CTH (Current Title Holder) after winning the Bed Jumping Battle. Now, as he is the youngest and became a teen he is panicking and has just decided this very second that hey, I don’t want to be heir *tEeNagE ReBeLLion* so welcome the first battle of this part: The Poisoned Chalice. One is giving the title to the sibling he gets on least with, the most hated, or whoever gets the chalice twice (therfore intiating a loop) inherits the CTH.
It went from One to Ata (56 relationship) to Kande (relationship 15) to Ada (relationship 9) back to Kande (reltionship 0!) So just like that we have a new CTH: Kande
But we’ll have some proper competition now. They all realised that their irrational fear of being heir was nothing compared to being dumped on some lot and never being played EVER again so the fight to get the title was back on. Full of rage, the all decided to fight in the most physical sense of the term (seeing how they aren’t even that good of friends anyway)
They all had one go at starting on the CTH. Kande vs Ada saw Kande as victor, but Kande vs Ata showed Ata to be the stronger sister. Just like with the Bed Jumping Battle, Ata defeated all of her siblings especially One who had taken that title from her when she was a child. We let the warriors recover for a few days before trying a new challenge.
When the weekend rolled around and all of the teens were off it was time for a social contest. None of the teens have had their first kiss. Enter Marsha. Everyone knows Marsha Breunig right? Of course they do, we wish we could forget. I’m afraid I’ll be using Marsha for this challenge: Kissing Marsha.
Why? All of the children have had PLENTY of opportunities to talk and socialise with Marsha. Marsha is the highest teen relationship Ata has. If any of her siblings, after one interaction with Marsha are able to KISS her, they not only steal Marsha as a potential girlfriend for Ata but the title of heir too. We’ll start with whomever has the lowest relationship with Marsha and work up. It turns out that Ata doesn’t have the highest relationshiip with Marsha of all the Riot kids (uh-oh) but she’ll go last as CTH.
First is Ada. She has a 2/2 relationship bar (out of 100 wow) and attempts to talk to Marsha. The Kiss option isn’t even available and even gets rejected a friendly hug.
Kande has an 18/17 relationship and uses her one interaction to flirt with Marsha. She hates it and Kande doesn’t even get a friendly hug.
One is next with a 24/24 relatiionship. He successfully flirts but that’s all he can manage. Primo flirts with Marsha successfully and scores his first kiss with her. The only way Ata can win the title back is if she can undergo the same restrictiions as the others and manage to kiss Marsha. She flirts successfully, but they do not share a kiss.
Primo turns into our CTH! And with a lot of switching and different challenges I’m going to end this part here. If you have any suggestiions for future battles do suggest them, I have some but I’ll need a lot more for ten generations.
